JOE FRIEDMAN (104-03) This exquisite periwinkle blue and bright pink 4” mini hibiscus is named to honor Mr. Joe Friedman of Ohio. Mr. Friedman, a wonderful father, husband, and businessman, played one of the Munchkins in the original Wizard of Oz. It is a great bloomer on a 3-5ʻ gorgeous plant!
