Ka Hae Hawaii - In 1893, the sovereign government of our beloved Queen Liliʻuokalani was overthrown.  One edict of the new Provisional Government was to forbid the flying of the Hawaiian flag.  Soon, this unusual red and white double  began appearing in many Hawaiian yards ... Her name, Ka Hae Hawaii, means “The Hawaiian Flag.”
