STORMY (18-17) This large 8" blossom is a fierce beauty, sure to be the center of attention in your garden regardless of the weather.  The eye of THIS storm is nearly black, surrounded by bright red petals which contrast with her sunshine yellow edges.  She is an excellent bloomer on a great tallish bush.
