44-21 - Awaiting the perfect name, the center eye of this stunning
7 1/2” cream colored blossom is dark red with a lavender halo which morphs into pink - WOW! She has amazing ruffles and tufts and sometimes has thin pink “veins", as shown. She is sometimes edged in a hint of yellow and she blooms on a tallish bush.
